A 7:34 minute long video, where you will be watching some of Buakaw’s intensive training. Although no subtitles may be seen on this video, the important part of it is how intensive Buakaw’s training has been throughout the years. His hard work has truly paid off, becoming a world known fighter, on min 2:30 you may appreciate a compilation of fighting videos of Buakaw, in which he KO his opponent. Buakaw has truly mastered Muay Thai though hard training and proper learning of the fighting techniques; he begins his daily training with a 10km run at 6am, followed by 500 knee hits to a sandbag and a 30 minute ring practice fight. As the day moves forth, he runs an extra 8km at 3pm, and again 500 knee hits to the sandbag along with 20 to 30 minute continuous kicking and some more 30 minute kicking to a sandbag. After kicking for an hour, he practices grabbing for 40 minutes. He ends his training with some rope climbing and after he sets he mind into a peaceful mode so as to relax for the next day o begin.

Buakaw Banchamek VS Enriko kehl

An all-time ultimate Muay Thai fighter Buakaw is fighting the German Enriko. At the start of the 1^st Round, Baukaw seems to have lost his balance and falls at min 0:53, but quickly gets back on his two feet and ready to show the audience his Muay Thai skills. Buakaw is able to place several knee hits onto his opponent with several other grab & toss techniques in the 1^st round, making Enriko fall in 5 different times. On the 2^nd Round, Buakaw does an impressive toss of Enriko after minute 5:58. Another impressive moment is right after min 9:45 (3^rd Round), where Buakaw starts off with an amazing knee kick to his opponents face. Clearly this match must be given to Buakaw, he dominated the entire match and dropped Enriko many time. Although, everyone who watches this match, must believe Buakaw should have won, it was determined, by the K-1 judges, to be a draw and that the match should go to a 4^th Round (Sudden Death); Buakaw decided not to go to SD on this fight because he said that the match had its results locked. Hopefully in future matches this problem will not be presented again, Buakaw was the best fighter, no questions asked.
